updates and important announcements via post and/or email. Trek does research on our clients' demographics and interests based on the information you
submitted to us. We do this to better understand and serve all our clients. This data is compiled, analyzed, and used only by Trek. No part of the
information you have provided will be sold, disclosed, or made accessible to non-contracted third-parties or to the public.

Clients hold complete freedom to express themselves on their web sites. Although your intellectual freedom is respected, Trek still reserves the right to
refuse to work on obscene, threatening, or illegal content. Trek also reserves the right to remove and refuse any associations with any site with content
that contradicts our Code of Corporate Ethics, Canadian and other applicable Laws, or for any reason that Trek deems appropriate.

TERMS OF USE

Trek Construction and Environmental Services Ltd. (herein called "Trek") is committed to providing excellence in every aspect of business and the products and
services we provide. In order to maintain our professional standards, you (herein called the "Client") need to agree to all of the following terms and
conditions.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Trek products and services, and any other products and services which may be offered from time to time (herein
called the "Services") by Trek and/or by Trek's partners and/or contractors.The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement may be updated by Trek from time to time.Trek may or may not notify the Client of any such changes. A current copy of these Terms and Conditions, including any and all modified terms, may be found online at www.gettrekin.com.

Trek may, at its discretion, discontinue or alter any aspect of the Services at any time, without liability. Trek will endeavor to provide the Client 15 days
notice of any such changes. Special circumstances may require Trek to discontinue or change the Services immediately. If the Client does not agree to these
changes, the Client may cancel their account by providing Trek 30 days written notice and Trek will refund the Client a prorated amount for the remaining
term and/or cost of the Products and/or Services. Trek further reserves the right to use comments and communications as testimonials of the Products and
Services it provides. This includes use in paper, television, radio, web, display, and/or any other promotional product Trek deems necessary to produce in
order to solicit business.

It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure that they have provided Trek with a current email address and telephone number, and that the email address
is checked regularly and phone number is active. Due to potential issues that can arise in email delivery such as an expired email account, email box is
full, and SPAM filters, as well as full telephone answering machines, and/or Trek is not responsible for emails not received by the Client.

Acceptable Use of the Services

Trek has a zero tolerance policy towards abuse, which impacts the Services and respect of others. Trek reserves the right to immediately terminate all
Services and/or content from our servers at our sole discretion.

Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability

Trek does not represent or warrant that any of the Products/Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any of the
Services or the hardware that makes any such Service available are free of viruses or other harmful components.Trek will not be held liable in any way for loss or damage incurred by the Client through the use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, and business interruption.

In the case of the disruption of the Services, Trek will endeavour to restore the Services in a timely manner and take precautionary steps to prevent or
minimize the issue from occurring again.

Indentification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Trek and its contractors/partners harmless from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, claims,
demands, costs, liabilities, or damages, including all legal costs, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the Client's use of or conduct on any of the Services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Trek and its contractors/partners harmless from any claim by a third party for alleged infringement of any copyright
or any other intellectual property rights which arise as a result (direct, consequential or otherwise) of the storage or processing of any of the Client's
programs or data with Trek or through its Products and/or Services.

Account Termination

Trek reserves the right to terminate the Client's account at any time in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or in the event of any
delinquency in payment of the Client's account. Trek decides what constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.

Other

If any provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and
effect. Trek's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of that provision or of the right to
enforce it at a later time. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. This Agreement supercedes and cancels any and
all prior and contemporaneous oral and written understandings or agreements on this subject matter.
