Gordon M. Robertson - President | Field Consultant

Gord has been involved in the Oil & Gas Industry since 1984, and has experience in new construction, drilling and completion operations, production operations, project management, environmental assessment, reclamation, spill cleanup and assessment, contaminated site assessment and remediation.

As President of Trek, Gord has the overall responsibility for the companies business development, project services, all field operations, quality control/assurance and for maintaining a high standard of reporting to the client and governmental authorities.


Milt “Scottie” Holter, P. Eng., P. Geol. - Project Manager

"Scottie" has been involved in coal, industrial minerals, and oil and gas exploration support since the 1960’s. His experience has included management of field operations, data acquisition, and reporting. In more recent years he has been responsible for natural resource management, environmental monitoring, and project management of restoration measures.

In his role as Senior Project Manager, Scottie is responsible for supervising contaminated site investigations, remediation programs, liaison with clients and government agencies, and the production and approvals of reporting.


Wes Bell, B.Sc., P.Chem. - Sr. Project Manager

Wes received his B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the University of Calgary in 1992, and has been directly involved in the Oil and Gas sector for the past 15 years.

Wes’s experience includes, laboratory analysis of environmental pollutants related to Oil & Gas activities, environmental pre-site assessments, environmentally sound well site and pipeline placement, environmentally sound well site construction supervision, field sampling of oilfield waste and contaminated sites, phase 1 and 2 environmental site assessments, drilling waste disposals, coordination of historical resource assessments and detailed site assessments for reclamation certification.

Wes has been the lead coordinator, ensuring environmental and construction requirements, on drilling programs of up to 100 wells per year. Wes has personally placed approximately 1,000 well sites, all of which met geological, landowner and environmental requirements.


Kelly Riley - Area Manager | Red Earth Creek, Alberta

Kelly brings 16 years of consulting experience to Trek; providing expertise in the areas of Construction, Installation and Reclamation of Roads, Leases, Right-of-Ways, Pipelines and Facilities.

Kelly has extensive knowledge in both Provincial and Federal regulations governing the oil & gas industry. He maintains an excellent working relationship with Alberta Environment and local contractors working in the Northern areas of Alberta.

Due to Kelly’s extensive working relationship with Native Organizations and communities, he took the initiative to become fluent in Cree which has proven to be a very valuable asset.


Joanne E. Robertson - V.P. | Controller

Joanne has been involved in the Oil & Gas Industry since 1980, and has served in the capacity of Controller for various public and privately owned Oil & Gas Exploration companies; and consulted to many "Junior Start Ups" in implementing their accounting systems, policies & procedures.

Joanne has been a shareholder of Trek since it’s inception in 1989, and in early 2006, became a full-time member of the Trek team; providing support in the areas of Finance & Accounting, Office Management, Human Resources, Corporate Development, and Data Base Management.


Ron Parks - Area Manager | Peace River, Alberta

Ron Parks brings 40 years of oilfield experience to Trek. Ron’s experience includes Wellsite and Road Construction, Facility Construction, and Decommissioning of wells, pipelines and facilities.

Because of the high risk involved in decommissioning, Ron enforces a very strict safety mandate on all job locations.

Ron has just recently relocated to Peace River, Alberta and is acting as the Trek Area Manager for Peace River, Alberta and surrounding areas including Grimshaw, Berwyn, Brownvale, Tangent, Eaglesham, Girouxville, and Donnelly.

Ron has been a member of the Masonic Lodge for 25 years and, in his spare time, he enjoys working with the other volunteers.


Myron L. Korver - Area Supervisor | Rocky Mtn. House, Alberta

Myron resides in Rocky Mountain House, AB and completed his education in "Land Resource Management" at Olds College, Alberta in the year 2000. Myron has been involved in the Oil & Gas Industry since 1999 ~ when he began his oilfield career with Trek. We are happy to have recently welcomed Myron back as part of the team in the position of "Area Supervisor" for Rocky Mountain House, Alberta and surrounding areas.

As Area supervisor, Myron's experience and responsibilities include:

Wes Tully - Technical Sales | Marketing

Wes brings over 20 years of experience to Trek. While educated in Business Administration, Wes found his niche in Technical Sales and Marketing. Wes has a demonstrated track record of achievement and success in the areas of Groundwater Technology, Fluids Transmission and Pipeline Construction Materials.

As Technical Sales & Marketing Manager, Wes is responsible for Business Development, communication of services to our clientele, and ensuring our commitment to total client satisfaction and building on long term relationships with our present and future clientele is maintained.
